Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges for coffee and coffee capsules are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You have received the wrong item.
- The item delivered is damaged or defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at cmarketeg@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Your Name
- Phone Number
- Description of the issue (wrong item or damage)
- A clear photo of the item received
Alternatively, you can reach out to us via direct messages on our Facebook or Instagram pages.
For cases involving damaged items, incorrect orders, or delivery issues caused by the courier, Coffee Market Eg will cover all shipping and handling fees for the return or exchange.
If eligible for an exchange: A replacement for the same product will be shipped to you within 4–6 working days. Please hand over the wrong or defective product to the courier upon delivery.
If eligible for a return: The refund will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, online wallet, or bank account) or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds will be completed within 5–10 working days.
